When can an event be organized?
We welcome you for all types of professional events on Tuesdays and/or Wednesdays throughout the year, subject to venue availability.
Are there any accommodation options nearby?
On-site, there are accommodations for 12 people (two gîtes and a bed and breakfast).
We also have a fully equipped large-capacity gîte for 14 people, located in the neighboring town, just 2 km from our reception venue.
Is it possible to visit the space before booking?
We can arrange a visit in advance so you can familiarize yourself with our venue before making your reservation.
Can you organize team building activities?
We offer various on-site activities: farm tours and fishing at the estate’s pond. If these activities do not meet your expectations, we are in contact with various partners to offer additional activities such as visiting a craft brewery or participating in an outdoor yoga or puppy yoga session…

Are there facilities for people with reduced mobility?
Our venues are designed to accommodate people with reduced mobility.
Can I bring my own equipment or materials?
You have the option to bring your own equipment; a storage room is available for your use.
Can I hire my own caterer?
You are free to bring your own caterer without any additional cost.
What are the accepted methods of payment?
Payments can be made via bank transfer, Paylib, or PayPal.
Are there entertainment options available on-site?
On-site, we provide access to our outdoor areas and covered spaces for relaxation.
Various activities are available (depending on your project and the season): dartboards, a pétanque court, a pond, and equipment for fishing.
Do you offer outdoor activities?
Our venues are oriented towards outdoor activities when the weather permits.
Do you have partnerships with local providers for specific activities?
With our years of experience in public hosting, we have a directory of numerous local partners who can contribute to making your stay at La Rose Laitière as high quality as possible.

How long before the event can I access the space for preparation?
The venue is available for setup from 3 PM the day before the event.
What are the reservation terms and conditions?
Your reservation will be considered confirmed once we receive a deposit of 50% of the total amount of your stay along with the signed reservation contract. Final confirmation will occur upon receipt of the required administrative documents: proof of liability insurance and the balance of the remaining 50% of the total amount (1 month before entering the premises).
Do you offer decorating or event planning services?
We have a range of service providers who can meet your needs, and we would be happy to put you in contact with them.
Do you have any recommendations for local vendors (photographers, DJs, etc.)?
We are at your disposal to advise you on quality suppliers when organizing your event.
